Job Details:
- FLSA Non-exempt, Wage negotiable DOE DOQ.
- 36 hours per 4 day work week.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Lead Nurse, the Clinic Nurse provides comprehensive nursing services, including Medicare annual wellness visits, to community members at Blacktail Health. The Clinic Nurse works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, including providers, pharmacy and clinical pharmacy, medical assistants, care management, and behavioral health. The Clinic Nurse delivers skilled, patient‑centered care and implements individualized care plans in partnership with the healthcare team to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Position Qualifications:
- Must hold valid MT license in good standing for RN.
- Minimum one-year experience preferred in an acute or ambulatory care environment.
- Ability to work both independently and interdependently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills.
- Flexibility in working in a team setting.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
General office/clinic conditions are pleasant; good, clean working conditions where accident and hazards are negligible. Duties are performed during Anaconda clinic hours of M-Th, 8:00 - 5:00. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle, or operate tools or controls; reach with the hands and arms; stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or bend. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities require close vision and the ability to discern color and adjust focus.
OSHA Classification I: Normal work routine involves potential for mucous membrane or skin contact with blood and/or body fluids; use of appropriate protective measures is required.
